Standard UK Delivery Policy
We deliver UK orders using the delivery option selected at checkout. The available delivery methods, delivery price, estimated dispatch time, and estimated delivery time are shown before payment. We will confirm the order by email in a format you can keep.
Unless we agree a different delivery timeframe with you before you order, goods will be delivered within 30 days. If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain your options.
Delivery may be made by Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL, UPS, or another suitable courier depending on the item, destination, size, value, and service selected. Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details after dispatch.
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs of the packaging and item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you use a statutory cancellation right for eligible goods, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we only need to refund the standard delivery amount.
