I am not very good at being idle but sometimes, we should all go and stare at the ocean to count the waves, test the water, measure the swell and wonder what can be found on distant islands.
This expressive piece asks the viewer to remember how this feels and to join in that idle reflection for a few moments. Gazing at the ocean can be as therapeutic as a walk in the forest especially if it is accompanied by some paddling.
